Accreditation Status

Accreditation Status for Legacy Preparatory Charter Academy

The Texas Education Agency (TEA) awards an accreditation status to each public and charter school district. The status is based on the academic accountability rating and the financial rating from the Financial Integrity Rating System of Texas. A district must be accredited by the state to operate as a public school. TEA accredits charter schools in Texas at the district level for grades K-12.

The Accreditation statuses are defined as Accredited, Accredited-Warned, Accredited-Probation, and Not Accredited-Revoked.
